Menus & footer widgets

Menus

Go to Admin → Appearance → Menus and assign a menu to each location:

Location	Where it shows
Main menu	The header menu, and the mobile menu.
Top bar menu	Links in the top bar.

Column panels (mega menu)

A main-menu item opens a full-width panel with columns when its children have children of their own. For example:

Shop                      ← top-level item
├── Catalog #1            ← column title
│   ├── Beanies

    ├── Fedoras
    └── Sunhats

Items with only one level of children open as a normal dropdown.

Footer widgets

Go to Admin → Appearance → Widgets → Footer sidebar and add widgets. Each widget becomes one footer column. A common setup is three Custom menu widgets: Categories, Information and My account.

The first footer column is always "About our company", which shows the About us text from Theme options → General.
